• Phone number (for identification, check-in, and event-day communication)
• Email address (optional, for pre-event reminders)
• Role and assignment information (station assignments, group assignments, check-in status)

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for Circus Day event operations:

• Volunteer check-in and identification on event day
• Sending one-time login codes (OTP) via SMS
• Event-day notifications: schedule updates, station assignments, and task communications
• Pre-event reminders (prep meeting dates, event logistics)
• Coordinating volunteer assignments and group management

SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your phone number during volunteer registration or check-in, you consent to receive text messages from Cirque Amongus related to the Circus Day event. Messages may include:

• One-time login codes for the Circus Day Manager app
• Check-in confirmations and station assignments
• Event-day schedule updates and reminders
• Pre-event prep meeting reminders

Message frequency: Typically 1-5 messages per event. Messages are only sent in connection with scheduled Circus Day events.

Children's Privacy

The Circus Day Manager platform is used by adult volunteers and school staff. Student information (names, homerooms) is provided by the school and used solely for group assignment and event logistics. We do not collect personal information directly from children.
