Cirque Amongus Circus Day Manager SMS Notifications

Program Description

The Circus Day Manager platform by Cirque Amongus sends text messages to registered school volunteers in connection with Circus Day events. Messages include one-time login codes, event-day check-in confirmations, station and task assignments, schedule updates, and pre-event reminders.

Opt-In and Consent

By providing your phone number through any of the following methods, you consent to receive text messages from Cirque Amongus related to Circus Day events:

• Entering your phone number on the volunteer check-in page (scanning the event QR code)
• Providing your phone number during volunteer registration with the school
• Entering your phone number in the Circus Day Manager app

Consent is not a condition of participation, but certain features (such as mobile login and real-time notifications) require a valid phone number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Typically 1-5 messages per Circus Day event. Messages are only sent in connection with scheduled events. No recurring marketing messages will be sent.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan and any associated charges.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time:

• Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe from all future messages
• Contact us at info@cirqueamongus.com to request removal

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any additional messages unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers

Messages are sent via standard SMS. Major US carriers are supported including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Liability

Cirque Amongus is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected messages, including (but not limited to) undelivered messages resulting from any form of filtering applied by a wireless carrier or third party.
